- The change in setpoint of the motor shall be made in a non linear fashion in order to reduce wear/glitches/noise on the lines and/or sensors and increase resolution on small moves. This is somewhere defined as “exposition”. It could be either implemented in the setpoint control (easy, as an exponential function) or as a dynamic PID control (feasible?). — X.
